What is amazing, entertaining, energetic and fun? The Music of Junk!
A unique musical show with 11 singers and musicians playing original composition with instruments made from junk and recycled materials – a garbage can cello, a bed frame harp, an automobile drum, a wheel barrow bass to name a few.
Fun for the whole family.
“Want to be amazed? See Junk, a musical with instruments made from junk.” The Peak
“The Music of Junk” is a fun, energetic show that features eleven musicians playing instruments such as ‘garbage bag’ bagpipes, a ‘wheelbarrow’ bass, and a harp made from an old bed frame, and even a saxophone made from an old bike. Yes, instruments built from junk and recycled materials!
Creator Paul Snider made all of the instruments himself from items of garbage and composed the music. The idea came to him during a trip to Kenya, where he saw people recycling trash for all sorts of useful things. The result, “The Music of Junk” is littered with fun; a unique show with toe tapping tunes.
